Experienced in everything land. Jesse’s property journey started from the ground up, joining a planning team at a young age of 17. Jesse is successful in his own right securing and exiting land deals, striking his first major deal at the age of 22 and since founding a new start up linking end users to new build plots. Jesse’s role at HPN is to assist in developing members’ land finding, appraising and planning skills.
An active property developer with over 3 decades of experience delivering multiple developments from refurbishments, conversions and new build homes. Paul started his property development journey renovating a humble bungalow in a local village but today operates on much larger developments yet still delivers the highly valuable smaller schemes. Paul is fully present in mentoring members.
Qualified and experienced media manager and a perfect fit for her role here at HPN. Whether that be controlling our reach to new members or ensuring existing ones stay on track to achieve their goals. Lily has outstanding organisational skills and is on hand for all members, bringing the same level of care and precision to every task, big or small, without ever missing a beat.
Qualified in Business Management, Simon brings a broad career background, strong networking experience, and sharp lateral thinking to HPN. Simon’s role is to support both new and existing members as they evolve, connect, and get the most value from the HPN community.
Brand messaging and awareness. A vital role in our reach for new members to ensure our HPN brand is understood as intended; honest, grounded and authentic. Brooke has worked with us a while now and fully understands who we are and the exciting direction of HPN!
HR Manager
Marli is responsible for maintaining staff morale, managing workplace wellbeing, and ensuring all humans feel supported and valued. As HR Manager, Marli leads by example through calm presence, expert listening, and timely walk reminders.
Providing learning material, workshops and practical guidance.
Helping members understand site selection and development planning.
Support in structuring and understanding real deals.
