You will learn what you need to know about property development and doing land deals. You don’t cover areas such as buy to rent, how to be landlord or HMOs for example.
No, you just need an understanding of how to find and secure the right deal. Find the deal, secure the deal and people have to work with you. Remember, education and support are far more important than big cash reserves.

It can be quicker but, realistically, even our own deals tend to see something tangible between 9 months and two years. That’s why we suggest a commitment to 2 years of membership. You can choose after your first year though, it’s up to you.
